Mission: design, implement, integrate and validate a complete OT cybersecurity infrastructure for railway and critical infrastructure projects.
Accountabilities Define reference architectures, platform designs and integration patterns.
Personally implement, configure and validate security platforms.
Design end?to?end OT cybersecurity architectures aligned with IEC***** and TS*****.
Define technical standards, reference architectures and design patterns for OT cybersecurity platforms.
Ensure architectural consistency across multiple projects and regions.
Design, deploy, configure and validate functional tests, integration testing, vulnerability assessments and remediation.
Provide technical input to security case and assurance documentation.
Required Skills Up to 5years experience in IT/OT cybersecurity infrastructure, architecture and deployment.
Knowledge of IEC*****, TS*****, NIST******, ISO***********.
Experience with OT network design, segmentation, firewalls, WAF, proxies, NAC, Radius, IAM, PAM, MFA, NIDS, EDR, SIEM.
Windows and Linux hardening, virtualization platforms, hypervisors.




Highly Preferred Skills Experience in railway or transportation OT environments.
SOc architecture and OT SOC onboarding.
Zero?trust adaptation for OT.
Scripting/automation with PowerShell or Python.
Experience delivering multi?country programmes.
Competencies Deep understanding of OT and IT network architectures.
Strong practical experience with firewalls, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, identity and access control.
Linux and Windows server administration, data?center design.
Ability to troubleshoot complex multi?vendor environments.
Strong documentation and architectural reasoning.
Education & Languages Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, IT, telecommunications, automation, systems engineering or equivalent. Master's degree in cybersecurity, information assurance or systems engineering preferred.
Fluent English and proficient Italian.
Contract & Compensation Full?time position based in Naples (NA), Italy. Annual gross salary €***** – €*****, levelB2 according to CCNL Metalmeccanico.
