Experteer Overview

As Head of Legal, lead and safeguard MotorK’s legal and governance agenda across all operating countries. You will own compliance, corporate governance, and the litigation portfolio, balancing risk with business objectives. You’ll partner with executives to shape strategy, oversee high-stakes negotiations, and protect intellectual property while advising on regulatory matters. This role offers impact across international operations and opportunities for cross-market leadership.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Drive international compliance, including GDPR and privacy laws, leveraging internal and external resources
- Optimize group governance, manage secretarial duties and regulatory deadlines
- Oversee business and corporate insurance strategy and advise top leadership
- Manage active litigations and coordinate with external counsel to protect company interests
- Identify and mitigate legal risks to minimize disputes
- Lead high-stakes contract negotiations and supervise contract management




- Oversee intellectual property protection and internal legal advisory
- Serve as trusted advisor to peers, executives, and external stakeholders

Responsabilità

- Law degree
- 5+ years at a prominent law firm, consulting firm, or corporate legal department
- Experience navigating compliance for a publicly listed company (strong plus)
- Proven track record in managing complex civil litigations and large‑scale compliance projects
- Ability to drive multi‑party negotiations to closure
- M&A; experience (plus)
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional European languages a plus
