Job Description
Sales Growth:
Drive revenue through effective partner management and strategic initiatives, setting and achieving ambitious targets.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong partnerships by understanding client needs, aligning solutions, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
Innovation:
Identify new business opportunities and implement creative strategies to enhance partner satisfaction.




Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and a unified partner experience.
Qualifications
5+ years of
Channel/Partner Sales Management experience
within the
Cybersecurity industry
.
Strong
channel/partner sales experience
(VARs, distributors, MSSPs) and proven ability to
generate pipeline through partners
Experience in
new business development, account mapping, and joint business planning
Experience in end user management especially in the commercial space.
Based in
Milan or North Italy
, with good knowledge of the local partner ecosystem
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Willingness to travel for partner events and meetings.
