Inbound Sales Agents
and help customers find the best solutions while working in a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound sales calls




and assist customers with inquiries
Offer
personalized solutions
to meet customer needs and drive conversions
Provide
exceptional customer service
while achieving sales targets
Guide potential customers through the purchasing process, ensuring satisfaction
Work closely with the team to optimize sales strategies
Requirements
Fluent Italian (C2) and good English (B2)
Experience in
sales, customer service, or inbound sales
(outbound experience is a plus)
Strong
communication and negotiation skills
Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working xysqume with targets
EU citizenship or valid work visa for Portugal
Willingness to
relocate to Lisbon
