In this role you will act as a strategic bridge between TikTok and our agency and brand partners, driving campaign success and ROI. You collaborate with sales, product, and cross‑functional teams to translate platform data into compelling narratives for clients. You’ll monitor performance, align solutions with marketing initiatives, and help secure future investments. This position offers the chance to influence product adoption and strategy while working with global stakeholders in a luxury‑brand ecosystem.

Educate partners on TikTok solutions and best practices, guiding product adoption

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Measurement, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Operations teams
Responsabilità
Previous experience as Account Manager, Client Solutions Manager, Media Manager, or Digital Marketing Manager in brand, agencies, media, or tech companies
Proven experience in full‑funnel digital marketing and measurement
Strong understanding of media and advertising landscape with xysqume hands‑on digital and programmatic sales experience
Knowledge of tracking (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP), attribution (MMM, MTA) and measurement methods (BLS, CLS, ULS)
Background in performance advertising and managing scaling challenges
Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
Fluent in Italian and English (high proficiency in written and spoken Italian)
