The role is accountable for ensuring that engineering and development activities are consistently executed in compliance with corporate Quality System requirements, automotive standards, customer expectations and applicable regulatory requirements. /liliThe ideal candidate combines solid experience in automotive product development with managerial capability, structured problem solving, risk-based thinking and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. The position requires leadership in process governance, audit readiness, quality planning, performance monitoring and cultural change across Engineering, Program Management and related functions. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongKNOWLEDGE EXPERTISE: /strong /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliLead the definition, maintenance and continuous improvement of product development Quality System processes, procedures and governance models, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and automotive requirements such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, FMEA and ASPICE where applicable.



/liliEnsure robust process deployment across Product Development by defining clear ownership, roles, responsibilities, milestones, deliverables and escalation mechanisms. /liliPromote structured quality planning and risk management throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring effective use of methodologies such as APQP, Design Reviews, DFMEA, lessons learned, maturity assessments and quality gates. /liliDefine and monitor process performance indicators, identify systemic gaps and improvement priorities, and report quality system performance to senior stakeholders with clear recommendations and action plans. /liliCoordinate cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Customer Service and other functions to ensure end-to-end consistency of product development quality practices. /liliLead, coach and develop team members or functional contributors involved in Quality System activities, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement mindset. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliDegree in Engineering or equivalent technical field. /liliSignificant experience in automotive product development, quality, engineering processes or program quality management, preferably in complex multinational organizations. /liliStrong knowledge of automotive quality standards, process frameworks and core tools, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, FMEA, PPAP logic, ASPICE principles and customer-specific requirements where applicable. /liliManagerial leadership,
