Calabria, Puglia, Basilicata & Sicily Certification AuditorRINA is currently recruiting for a Calabria, Puglia, Basilicata & Sicily Certification Auditor to join its office in Taranto, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.MissionThe role focuses on reviewing various documents, conducting audits, identifying findings, and contributing to the certification process related to the different certification schemes.Key AccountabilitiesDocument Review:Check customer management system documents, including manuals, procedures, instructions, files, records, and technical documents, to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.Audit Participation:Participate in and conduct audits, which involves conducting interviews, taking comprehensive notes, and evaluating the implementation of management systems.Audit Result Definition:Identify and define audit results (Positive and negative findings as non conformities, opportunity of improvement).Technical Review:Carry out a technical review of audit files, providing insights and recommendations for certification decisions.Skill Maintenance:Keep skills, qualifications, and certifications up to date by staying informed about industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Data Management:Maintain updated records of customer data and other information relevant to the audit process.Customer Focus:Demonstrate a strong customer focus by understanding and responding to customer requests and needs.Strive for high customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality and effectiveness of audit activities.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Business Administration Finance ManagementQualifications- Strong interest in quality management systems, compliance,



and certification processes.- Basic understanding of auditing principles and standards (e.G., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ESG, BIOC, ISCC-EU, SUSTAINABILITY, etc.).- Ability to analyze documents and assess compliance with established standards.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Good communication skills to conduct interviews and report findings.- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in audit techniques and certification requirements.- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of audit management software.- Ability to work effectively in teams and handle various assignments.- Adaptability and eagerness to gain industry-specific knowledge.Compensation DataThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with CCNL RINA (CNEL code I480). The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €35,000 and €45,000 and will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
