Supervisor Maintenance
Location: HQ Bassanetti
Purpose
Ensure equipment reliability, operational continuity, and safety by coordinating maintenance activities and leading the technical team.
Responsibilities
Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance
Reduce downtime and manage troubleshooting activities
Coordinate maintenance team and contractors
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures
Monitor KPIs (downtime, MTTR, maintenance costs)
Manage maintenance budget and spare parts
Requirements
Technical diploma or degree
5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
Team management experience
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
Reporting Line
Plant Manager / Operations Manager
Compensation




The base salary range for this role is €39,132 - €53,807. The final remuneration will be determined based on skills, effort, responsibility and relevant experience. Additional compensation components and benefits will be discussed during the recruitment process.
