Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the mobile app analytics for Prada Group's B2C and B2B ecosystems, driving insights to optimize engagement, retention, and business impact. You'll design and evolve dashboards to track acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion, and translate data into actionable recommendations across cross?functional teams. You will guide A/B testing, ensure robust analytics tool governance, and promote a data?driven culture. Retribuzione / Benefits Own and lead app performance measurement for B2C and B2B mobile experiences with clear, business?relevant KPIs
Design and evolve dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion
Perform deep?dive analyses to identify behavioral patterns, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities across user segments
Collaborate with Product, UX, Marketing, CRM, and Tech teams to translate data into actionable recommendations
Lead and support A/B testing and experimentation strategies to improve user experience and business outcomes
Ensure best?in?class implementation and governance of mobile analytics tools (SDKs, event tracking, attribution)
Define and promote analytics best practices across teams to foster a data?driven culture
Act as a trusted analytics partner for stakeholders, tailoring insights for both B2C and B2B audiences
Responsabilità 6+ years of proven experience in mobile app analytics
Hands?on expertise with analytics tools (Firebase, Adobe Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Amplitude or similar)
Strong KPI definition and performance monitoring skills
Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, QlikSense)
Experience with B2C and B2B funnels and metrics
Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies
Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate insights to non?technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast?paced, international environment with multiple projects
Proficiency in English and Italian
