Experteer Overview As Global Indirect Purchasing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for indirect spend across the group, shaping category approaches and driving cost reductions. You will guide a global, multicultural procurement team and work with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and improve supplier performance. Your role combines strategic sourcing, negotiation, and change management to deliver tangible savings and scalable supplier relationships. Prepare spend analyses, supplier bases, and cost models
Manage complex sourcing projects from concept to implementation, including change management
