Responsibilities
Define electrical specifications for machinery and equipment used in cable manufacturing processes.
Design and develop solutions involving electrical systems, automation, power electronics, drives, and control systems.
Evaluate and select suppliers for electrical panels and automation solutions.
Support the installation, commissioning, and start-up of equipment in Prysmian plants worldwide.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative engineering solutions.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering – Power Electronics
At least five to seven years of professional experience in a technical role (technology or manufacturing), preferably in the Industrial sector.
Similar role means an experience in process automation.
English Proficiency
Good communication, negotiation and team working skills.
Ability to understand the context of the work environment
Management of inter-departmental and multicultural relations.
Ability to identify potential problems, and propose solutions.




Availability to travel.

Demonstrates expertise in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Electronics, process automation, and the design and development of electrical systems. Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing environments.
