As a Cards & Mobile Payments Expert, you own and optimize debit/credit/prepaid card and mobile wallet journeys to deliver outstanding customer experience while balancing business and regulatory needs. You work within a multidisciplinary agile squad, collaborating with Product Owners, IT, Risk and external partners to drive product evolution and governance. You'll gather requirements, analyze data, and lead initiatives across the full product lifecycle to improve customer journeys and operational efficiency. This role offers impact across product strategy, innovation, and delivery in a fast-paced financial environment.

Drive continuous improvement of customer experience, digital adoption and operational efficiency
Translate business requirements into deliverable solutions with clear prioritization




Ensure delivery of product enhancements and regulatory changes
Coordinate with Product, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and external partners
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and engagement
Contribute to evolution of the Cards & Mobile Payments strategy
Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and remove impediments
Experience of at least 2 years in the role
Ability to manage critical situations with sound decision-making
Degree in Economics and/or Management Engineering
Knowledge of innovative payments with focus on Mobile
