Experteer Overview As part of Chiesi's International Markets Development Division, you will drive operational execution and governance across lifecycle management and launch initiatives in international markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to consolidate forecasts, support business cases, and monitor launch performance. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, project coordination, and improving governance tools to enable successful market expansions. This is a chance to shape portfolio strategy and execution at a global scale within a sustainability-conscious, diverse organization.
Retribuzione / Benefits Consolidate LTP assumptions, forecasts, and market projections across BUs & partners
Support profitability analyses, business case development, portfolio reviews, and strategic assessments
Prepare analyses, reports, presentations, and recommendations for portfolio discussions and management decisions
Monitor progress against project deliverables and coordinate actions across stakeholders
Maintain and update launch readiness plans and track milestones, owners, and timelines
Consolidate launch and post-launch performance data from BUs, partners, BI & ComEx, and other stakeholders
Maintain launch KPI dashboards and monitor launch performance
Support launch governance meetings, reviews,



and post-launch performance assessments
Maintain and continuously improve launch governance tools, templates, reporting frameworks, and best-practice repositories
Support assessment and tracking of geo-expansion opportunities and coordinate market assessments and inputs
Maintain visibility of planned launches vs LYP assumptions and identify gaps
Support geo-expansion discussions with partners and internal stakeholders
Responsabilità 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical launch excellence, business operations, commercial excellence, strategic planning, portfolio support or related cross?functional roles
Experience supporting launch readiness activities and milestone tracking across multiple stakeholders
Experience in business planning, forecasting, profitability analyses, and strategic assessments
Strong project management and cross?functional coordination across multiple stakeholders and markets
Strong analytical capability and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities preferred
