Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
to join our team at a prestigious 5-star hotel located in the picturesque area of Boschetto Vecchio (PG). This is a unique opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead sales efforts and contribute to the continued success of our luxury property.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive room revenue, group bookings, and event sales.
Manage relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote packages, seasonal offers, and brand visibility.
Prepare regular sales forecasts,



performance reports, and market analysis.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently present the hotel's services and facilities.
Work closely with the Reservations, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the luxury hospitality sector.
Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations and market dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM and hotel sales software is a plus.
Availability to work on-site and flexibility to travel as needed.
