-- We are looking for a Local Marketing Intern to join the Local Marketing Team at Bolton Food, based in Milan.
How you make the difference As a Local Marketing Intern, you will support local marketing activities by helping the team with operational tasks, by owning monthly sell-out analysis and by contributing to the development and adaptation of marketing materials.
How your agenda looks like: Monitor the implementation of local marketing activities in the assigned area to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and agreed marketing plans; Analyze consumer and market data to support marketing insights, including pricing perception vs competitors, promotional effectiveness, and launch performance; Assist in the adaptation and rollout of marketing campaigns and category projects at local level, in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Global teams; Support the deployment, monitoring, and correct use of POP and in-store communication materials, ensuring brand consistency and visibility standards.
Your team:



You will report to the Group Product Manager and support the Product Managers in daily activities.
What makes you a great fit: Education: Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields with an interest in pursuing a career in Marketing/Sales; Excellent proficiency in the Office Suite; Local Language: Italian (required); proficiency in English is also essential; Strong interpersonal skills aimed at building solid and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Ability to plan work according to priorities and urgencies, with a critical approach focused on data and 'excellence in execution'; A fast learner open to change, eager to continuously challenge oneself to achieve the best results with an entrepreneurial spirit; A positive and energetic team player capable of instilling trust and a sense of responsibility.
