pEnvolve Consulting, an independent company active in management search, selects a skill and motivated Supervisor Production Injection for a prestigious multinational company operating in the plastics manufacturing sector. /ppbr/ppHe/She guarantees the correct execution of the activities related to the mould installation and maintenace, coordinating the staff (tool setters and shift leaders) and intervening, when necessary, in solving the problems. He/She is responsible for the timely execution of the activities in relation to orders, and for the respect of HSE procedures in his/her area. /p pstrongMain tasks and responsibilities /strong /p ulliBased on the production plan, he/she guarantees the proper installation of the moulds onto the machines. /liliSupervises the set up and the start of the machinery also using the proxy tool /liliEnsures that the first productions after the installation are properly controlled, in order to verify that the products fit the standards in term of quality /liliIn case of problems, he/she is responsible for their solution and for restoring the desired quality levels /liliEnsures that all the relevant information are stored in the production ERP /liliHandles materials with forklift and overhead crane /liliSupports quality control activities /liliSupport scaling-up of protypes /liliEnsures the correct execution of HSE policies,
