About the role Senior Accountant in the Accounting Compliance & Reporting team at EY. The role supports multinational companies of medium and large size in the preparation of civil financial statements and management reports, with a focus on recurring tax analysis and advanced analytical accounting.
Responsibilities • Contribute to the preparation and review of financial statements and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting and reporting standards.
Conduct recurring tax analysis and support the fiscal aspects of the financial reporting process.
Maintain and analyze general & analytical accounting records.
Collaborate with cross?functional teams, including billing, finance, and technology units, to ensure data quality and compliance.
Identify and recommend process improvements using technology and AI tools such as PowerBI, Copilot365, and EYQ.
Qualifications Laurea specialistica in Economia.
2–4 years of experience in a commercial firm or in an accounting?finance function.
Strong knowledge of general & analytical accounting, financial statements, and recurring tax.




Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Proficient with Office suite and key accounting/ERP software.
Strong relational and communication skills.
