Experteer Overview In this role, you will shape the Liability & Environmental Impairment Liability risk strategy for the Italian market and align it with Allianz Mid Corporate targets. You will collaborate with the Liability Team, Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims, and product lines to drive profitable growth and cross-selling. You will ensure underwriting discipline, pricing integrity, and regulatory compliance while supporting new product initiatives. This position offers impact through close cross-functional collaboration in a global insurer.
Retribuzione / Benefits Ensure underwriters comply with underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines
Steer and control the local portfolio to meet financial targets
Liaise with functional areas to review end-to-end underwriting performance
Collaborate with Sales, Risk Consulting, Claims, and other product lines for marketing strategies and cross-selling
Maintain underwriting consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines and local regulations
Support development and implementation of new or modified products




Assist in acquiring new business and retaining existing business (including agent/broker negotiations)
Communicate local business strategy externally
Responsabilità Master's degree in Law or Economics
3 to 5 years' proven experience in underwriting profitable Liability business for corporate clients
Preference for experience in PI / D&O; / Cyber Risks / Legal Expenses and Multinational Clients/Programs
Proven leadership skills
Expertise in risk assessment and policy administration lifecycle
Strong knowledge of pricing and market analysis
Ideally experience in designing robust wordings and driving underwriting projects
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in an international organization
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Data analytics
Very good knowledge of Office 365 and other collaborative tools
