As a Senior Demand Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the demand signal for a defined country or country?category portfolio, partnering closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

/ph3About the Role /h3pYou will own end?to?end demand planning activities for a specific country and/or country?category combination within the Southern Cluster (Italy, Romania, Greece and Adriatic countries).
Reporting to the Associate Manager Demand Planning, you will be responsible for building robust demand forecasts, challenging assumptions, and clearly communicating risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
/ppThis role is ideal for a demand planner with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to move beyond execution into influence, decision support, and cross?functional leadership.
/ph3About the Team / Department /h3pYou will be part of the Southern Cluster Demand Planning Team, acting as a key conduit between Commercial teams and Supply Chain Planning.




The team plays a central role in SOP processes and supports broader business strategy initiatives, working closely with regional and country stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop accurate and reliable demand forecasts using demand planning systems, in line with established processes and governance /liliCollect, consolidate, and analyze historical and forward?looking demand inputs (e.g. promotions, pricing changes, distribution gains/losses, new and discontinued products) /liliTranslate commercial and marketing assumptions into quantified demand impacts, clearly documenting forecast logic /liliPartner cross?functionally on new product launches, discontinuations, and portfolio transitions, validating assumptions related to volume, pipeline fill, and cannibalization /liliCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to evaluate promotional effectiveness and close data and assumption gaps /liliPrepare and present demand outlooks during SOP Demand Review meetings, clearly articulating key drivers, risks, and opportunities /liliEnsure demand forecasts are shared with the right level of detail, timing, and confidence to support supply chain and business planning /liliTrack, analyze, and communicate demand planning and SOP KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives /li /ulh3Experience You'll Bring /h3ulli3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning or a related Supply Chain / Business role /liliProven understanding of demand forecasting and the SOP process /liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong data handling skills /liliHands?on experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g.
