In this role, you will contribute to managing trade compliance activities, ensuring alignment with international regulations, and supporting smooth cross-border operations.
Location: Pinerolo
Hybrid Work Arrangement
Freudenberg Sealing Technologies S.a.s. di Externa Italia S.r.l.u.
Payment: The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €35,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
Trade Compliance Specialist (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
Stay Informed:



Keep up to date with customs and international trade laws and regulations.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee adherence to import/export regulations, including export controls and trade sanctions.
Manage Licenses: Handle import and export licenses as needed.
Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with international suppliers and customers.
Resolve Issues: Efficiently address any problems related to delays, damage, or loss of goods.
Documentation: Manage long-term supplier/vendor declarations and certificates of origin.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Economics, Logistics, or related disciplines.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in International Trade.
Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10% of the time).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an advanced level.
SAP: Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Soft Skills: Proactive problem solver with a team-oriented mindset.
