We are currently looking for a Customer Technical Support Specialist - Intern. The role provides an opportunity to learn how to conduct effective remote support on applicative, hardware, and IT-related issues.
This is a temporary on?site position that requires regular physical presence in the office.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support spanning through applicative, hardware and IT-related issues on diagnostic instrumentation.
Ensure compliance with managed customer interactions, recording required data as per Company policies.
Escalate complex issues following the dispatch process as needed.
Key Requirements
Graduating Biomedical Engineering, Biology/Biotechnology is preferable.
Proficient English is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Italian.
Passion for learning and working in an environment that elevates customer experience.
