/li liLead and advance buying processes and promote best practices across the business unit.
/li liOwn commercial performance of a brand portfolio, with KPI accountability in partnership with Merchandise Planning.
/li liDevelop and execute buying and assortment strategies aligned with the Lifestyle category and company targets.
/li liLead negotiations with brand partners for favorable and mutually beneficial agreements.
/li liEnsure a customer-focused,



relevant assortment by identifying trends and onboarding new brands, optimizing seasonal opportunities.
/li liCollaborate cross-functionally and clearly communicate insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
/li liBuild and maintain long-term relationships with brand partners and promote the company strategy.
/li liBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management, or related field.
/li liProven experience in buying, merchandising, or a commercial role within fashion, retail, or lifestyle categories.
/li liStrong negotiation skills with a track record of commercial impact.
/li liSolid understanding of market trends, brands, competitors, and customer needs in Lifestyle or related segments.
/li liData-driven and commercially minded, with ability to make KPI-led decisions.
/li liConfident communicator capable of presenting complex topics and collaborating across teams.
