/li liMaintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
/li liDraft, review, and approve SOPs, operational instructions, and quality documentation.
/li liManage deviations, non-conformities, CAPA, and change control processes.
/li liOversee complaints, returns, and product recall activities.
/li liConduct and support supplier qualification, including internal and external audits.
/li liPrepare for and support customer and regulatory inspections.
/li liDeliver training programs and ensure proper staff qualification.
/li liReview validation documentation (DQ, IQ, OQ) and risk assessments.
/li liVerify correct management of storage and transport conditions, including temperature-controlled environments.
/li /ul h3What we would like you to bring /h3 ul liDegree in a scientific discipline (Pharmacy, CTF, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields).
/li liMinimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry (manufacturing and/or logistics).
/li liEligibility or qualification as a Qualified Person (QP) considered a strong plus.
/li liSolid knowledge of Quality Management Systems (paper-based and eQMS).




/li liProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.
/li liExperience managing audits and regulatory inspections.
/li liStrong analytical mindset, accuracy, and attention to detail.
/li liEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
/li liAbility to work independently, managing priorities and deadlines.
/li liGood command of English and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
