In this role, you will support the growth and profitability of the Spare Parts business through data analysis, process optimization, and commercial support activities, working closely with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and IT teams in an international environment.
/p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and update spare parts catalogs, product configurations, and price lists across global markets.
/li liPrepare technical and commercial documentation, spare parts lists, and data required for tenders, quotations, and customer requests.
/li liSupport Sales Managers and Key Account teams with contract administration, order management accuracy, and commercial compliance activities.
/li liAnalyze sales, margins, and inventory data from ERP/CRM systems, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and stock turnover.
/li liBuild and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools, providing actionable business insights.
/li liManage Salesforce workflows and collaborate with IT teams to improve processes, test new functionalities, and resolve system issues.
/li liProvide operational support across Supply Chain, Logistics, Service,



and Sales teams to ensure efficient execution of daily activities.
/li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liDegree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
/li li2-4 years of experience in Business Support, Sales Operations, Aftermarket, Spare Parts, Service Operations, or similar roles within international organizations.
/li liExperience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP/SAP S/4HANA) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
/li liStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools is considered a plus.
/li liFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
/li liProactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
/li liPrevious exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Aftermarket, or Service Operations environments will be considered an advantage.

The total compensation package will also includes a variable premio linked to individual and company targets.
