/liliEnsure delivery of best-in-class customer support (service level delivery, preventive maintenance, product solutions, customer and sales organization relationship, laboratory services, parts inventories) through effective resource planning and deployment and field administration.
/liliResponsible for leading field service technicians across North East Italy to ensure best in class customer experience.
/liliChampion a thorough understanding of customers, their businesses and the processes and instruments used in meeting their business goals.
/liliSet objectives for service technicians, carry out regular reviews, coach staff, ensuring adequate training and development.
/liliDrive talent development through active support.
/liliDevelop and maintain ongoing communication with Service leader and peers to understand and manage resource availability/limitations.
/liliPartner actively with direct manager and other service delivery leaders to ensure resources are deployed consistently with defined obligations with customers.
/liliMonitor field service work and vacation planning, ensure internal processes are followed.




/liliReport competitors and trends central to the growth strategy for service business KPI Operations; drive team to operational excellence.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum 6 years successful field service experience in HVAC systems: repairs, on-site maintenance.
/liliBachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering.
/liliPrevious successful experience in a supervisory / team leader role with team building skills.
/liliProven interpersonal, team, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
/liliAssertive personality with a strong bias for action, results oriented, innovative, tackling tough problems with firm deadlines.
/liliFluent in Italian, with a very good knowledge of English reading, writing and presentation skills.
/liliSales acumen, hands on, can-do mindset.
/liliProficient in Excel, Word, Notes.
/liliLocation: Cinisello Balsamo.
/li /ulh3Compensation and Benefits /h3ulliThe initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €45,000 – €61,800 per year.
