ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced
Accounting Specialist
to join a leading services company operating within the industrial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the accurate preparation of financial records and reports.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
Manage budget and forecast activities
Book accruals and perform intercompany accounts reconciliations for the month-end closing (e.g. inventory, personnel cost, provisions, interests, etc)
Prepare and maintain financial reports
Lease with external auditors
Provide support for other administrative tasks as requested
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting data and transactions
Partner with internal departments to gather and validate financial information required for accounting and reporting activities
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the finance function
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of accounting and administrative processes
