Under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager,the RN will provide high-quality, direct patient care, ensuring acomprehensive approach to nursing practice.
/ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliPerform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, intervention, evaluation,and coordination of care for patients and their families across thehealthcare continuum.
/liliEnsure accountability for clinical, educational, quality, and fiscalpatient care outcomes by utilizing the nursing model of care and adhering toestablished agency policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and standardsof practice.
/liliCollaborate effectively with various members of the healthcare team,patients, and families to facilitate communication and ensure optimal patientoutcomes.
/liliMaintain organized workflows by setting priorities and efficientlycompleting assigned tasks.
/liliReport directly to the unit Nurse Manager regarding patient care and unitoperations.
/li /ulpRequired Qualifications:



/pulliMust have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within thepast 2 years.
/liliBasic computer proficiency, including the ability to access, enter, andinterpret computerized data/information.
/liliEffective interpersonal skills for communicating with diverse members ofthe healthcare team, patients, and families.
/liliStrong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and complete workefficiently.
/li /ulpEducation: /pulliGraduate from an accredited nursing school with an Associate's or Bachelorof Science degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
/li /ulpCertification License: /pulliLicensed to practice professional nursing as a Registered Nurse.
/liliCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA) and AdvancedCardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
