/p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 pAs our Collection Manager – Consumer Credit, you'll be the person who owns and evolves our end-to-end collection strategy across consumer lending products, with a strong focus on data, segmentation, and AI-driven decisioning.
/p h3Here's What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like /h3 ul liDesign and execute data-driven collection strategies – Leveraging advanced analytics and predictive models to design collection strategies tailored to different risk profiles and product types.
/li liDevelop AI-powered collection approaches – Driving the adoption of AI to enhance next-best-action logic, predictive contact strategies, and intelligent prioritization of accounts.
/li liPersonalize customer engagement tone of voice – Defining and implementing differentiated communication strategies, adapting tone, channel, and timing based on customer behavior.
/li liOptimize performance and ROI – Owning key collection KPIs (recovery rates, roll rates, cost-to-collect), ensuring all initiatives are measurable and ROI-positive.
/li liGuarantee service levels and compliance – Ensuring all collection activities meet defined SLAs and regulatory requirements, balancing effectiveness with fairness.




/li liManage stakeholders and ecosystem – Collaborating closely with Finance, Product, Data, and Legal teams, while managing external partners like collection agencies.
/li /ul h3Who We're Looking For /h3 pWe need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done.

Does this sound like you?
/p ul liDeep experience in Consumer Credit Collections – You have 7+ years of experience in collections within consumer lending (e.g., BNPL, unsecured/secured credit).
/li liFintech, Banking, or Finance Background – Previous experience in a Fintech environment, modern Banking, or Financial Services.
/li liKnowledge of SEPA Framework – Familiarity with SEPA payment schemes and regulations is considered a strong plus.
/li liStrong Data Analytical Mindset – Highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets and segmentation models to drive decisions.
/li liAI Innovation Orientation – Experience with AI applications in collections, such as predictive scoring or automated decisioning.
/li liStrategic Thinking Execution – Ability to design sophisticated strategies while ensuring flawless operational execution.




/li liCustomer-Centric Approach – Understanding how to influence customer behavior through tailored communication and channel optimization.
