/li liTroubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality /li liEvaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods /li liTrain and support production staff in new processes and technologies /li liEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies /li liAct as technical reference for the Manufacturing Engineering team to uphold standards /li liBachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or proven manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume environment /li liKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies /li liExcellent problem?solving skills and attention to detail /li liStrong communication and teamwork abilities /liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects /li liFluent in English and Italian /li li1–3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing (a plus) /li liProficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools (a plus) /li /ul pIn this role you will optimize manufacturing processes at the Talamona Shop to boost efficiency and quality.
