/li liServe as a conduit of communication between employees and senior managers.

/li liEnsure compliance with national and local regulations and laws.

Strive for quality - zero operator related defects.
Secure correct and efficient NC work.

/li liReceive, track, and resolve complaints from employees and customers.
/li liMaintain timekeeping and personnel records.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
/li liAbility in use of Lean and problem solving tools (DM, Takt, PDCA, 5-why,..).
/li liExperience in people management (at least 3 years).
/li liAdvanced in English language.




/li liAbility in use of IT systems and platform (MS-office/SAP).
/li liEffective people leadership competences.
/li liAble to make decision autonomously.
/li liGood interpersonal and leadership skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across departments.
/li liProven ability to make decisions and motivate team members.
/li liDetail-oriented mindset, effective organizational skills, and ability to adhere to standards and deadlines.
/li liExperience in customer service and conflict resolution.
/li liProficiency with productivity software and collaboration tools.
