Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and development of electromechanical products from concept to delivery within Hitachi Energy's Electrical Design and Technical Leader Team. You will guide cross?functional teams to meet quality, functionality and manufacturing standards while driving projects to timely, cost?effective completions. You will analyze customer specs, support supplier and customer meetings, and translate feedback into robust design improvements. This is a hands?on role focused on delivering reliable transformer designs that align with the company's engineering and quality goals. Track design progress in project planning meetings and support timely delivery
Manage project costs via cost sheets and monitor during execution
Report contract, quality, and cost issues with recommended resolutions
Provide support during transformer manufacturing to resolve issues and safeguard quality
Incorporate customer feedback into future design enhancements
Maintain clear team communication and supportive documentation
Responsabilità Degree in Electrical Engineering
2-5 years of experience as Power Transformer Electrical Designer
Proven analytical and problem?solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication to present concepts to stakeholders
Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
Italian and English knowledge
Availability for short?term travel for meetings and trainings
