/p h3Your Role /h3 pAs a Customer Success Specialist – Cisco, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Cisco business by supporting and enabling partners throughout their journey with Ingram Micro and Cisco.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop business opportunities, strengthen partner relationships, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify, recruit, and engage new B2B partners within the Cisco ecosystem.
/li liGenerate new business opportunities through outbound activities, marketing campaigns, digital tools, and the Ingram Micro XvantageTM platform.
/li liManage the partner lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification to onboarding and ongoing engagement.
/li liBuild trusted relationships with partners, helping them maximize the value of Cisco solutions and programs.
/li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders including Vendor Management, Presales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to execute joint growth strategies.
/li liMonitor pipeline performance and business results, contributing to the achievement of sales and growth targets.
/li liProvide market insights and partner feedback to support business planning, go-to-market initiatives, and continuous improvement.
/li liPromote Cisco programs, incentives, services, and enablement activities, helping partners expand their capabilities and business potential.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liPrevious experience in sales, customer success, business development, account management, or customer engagement roles, preferably within the IT, technology, distribution, vendor, or system integrator environment.
/li liExperience with Cisco technologies or channel business is an advantage, but not mandatory.
/li liStrong motivation to build a career within the IT and technology industry.
/li liExcellent communication, relationship-building, proactive, results-driven, and customer-centric mindset.
/li liAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and multicultural environment.
/li liFluency in English.

/li /ul h3Compensation Pay Transparency /h3 pIngram Micro is committed to fair, transparent, and equitable compensation practices, in line with applicable EU and Italian regulations, including Directive (EU) ******** and D.Lgs.

/p pSalary Range: The annual gross salary (RAL) for this position ranges from EUR 30,000 to EUR 38,000.
/p pThe final compensation package will be determined based on objective criteria, including: /p ul liRelevant professional experience and skills; /li liCertifications and technical expertise; /li liScope and responsibilities of the role; /li liInternal equity and market benchmarks.
/li /ul h3Additional compensation components and benefits may include /h3 ul liMeal vouchers; /li liWelfare and insurance programs linked to the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement; /li liParticipation in company incentive plans, where applicable.
/li /ul pCompensation and grading will be aligned with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Commercio) and are subject to periodic review based on performance and business needs.
