/h3 h3The role /h3 pReporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product management activities for the Southern Italy and developing, at a national level, the p.m. activities for brassicas and determinate tomato crops.
/p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ulliAnalyze market trends, grower needs, and competitor products to optimize the local portfolio.
/liliManage and improve the local product portfolio, ensuring alignment with global crop strategy.
/liliContribute to gather relevant data and information for the PMC update.
/li /ul h3Product Development Operation /h3 ulliLead and manage Product Developers assigned to the crop/area.
/liliPlan and evaluate key trials in collaboration with Product Developers (PDs) and ensure effective execution.
/liliLead the country joint trials visit involving all the relevant stakeholders.
/li /ul h3Sales Business Support /h3 ulliSupport the achievement of commercial targets in close collaboration with the sales team.
/liliLeverage local trial outcomes to refine product positioning, pricing, and support relevant promotional activities in alignment with global crop guidelines.
/liliPlan and execute country New Product Introductions (NPIs).




/liliProvide technical support to key producers and the sales team, assisting in resolving customer complaints from a technical standpoint.
/li /ul h3Coordination Stakeholder Engagement /h3 ulliCoordinate the country-level implementation of global fresh produce projects.
/liliLead the local Product Advancement Meetings (PAM).
/liliRepresent the country in Global Product Meetings, ensuring seamless communication between local and global teams.
/li /ul h3Required skills /h3 ulliMandatory expertise (at least 5 years) in the seeds field and in the same job position.
/liliEducation in agriculture, agronomy or related field.
/liliStrong knowledge of target territory and its agricultural dynamics.
/liliAble to relate both with formal referents and to small-scale growers.
/liliSolid technical background.
