ph3ELI - Flight Simulator Coordinator Team Leader /h3pYou will lead the development, integration and operation of a helicopter flight simulation system, acting as both technical authority and team lead within a multidisciplinary group.
You will drive high-fidelity simulation solutions for engineering use, guiding continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with program objectives and company standards.
You will collaborate across departments to support validation, qualification and acceptance activities, and you will shape interfaces and technical documentation.
