Chapter Lead for Microsoft Dynamics leads a global, cross-brand D365 team to design, deliver, and continuously improve Dynamics 365 (Service, Marketing, Sales) solutions and related AI/data capabilities.
You will bridge business strategy with digital execution, setting governance, standards, and integration approaches.

Lead and develop a cross-functional, international Dynamics 365 team of analysts and developers
Own end-to-end architecture and evolution of D365 (Service, Marketing, Sales) solutions
Act as SME for the D365 stack, providing architecture guidance and governance




Ensure alignment between business needs and digital capabilities
Oversee lifecycle of D365 initiatives and enforce ALM/DevOps standards
Contribute to integration strategy with other enterprise systems
Drive adoption of Microsoft AI stack (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Fabric) within D365
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, xlwpduy and stakeholders
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors
5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service)
3+ years in leadership or team management, preferably international and distributed teams
Strong functional and technical expertise in D365, Power Platform, and integration patterns
Experience with enterprise integrations and Agile methodologies
