Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-functional project team/s.
Motivate and monitor internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
/li liManaging the cost, scheduling and performing objectives of the projects and its work packages within a global organization.
Manage interdependencies between cross-functional workstreams in order to realize specified deliverables and benefits.
Ensure appropriate requirements within the projects by partnering with relevant business unit/s or external resources.
/li liEnsuring understanding of customer value in the projects and act to ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations.
Take into consideration requirements and demands coming from customers and from internally within ABB.
/li liEnsuring transparency around change requests, identify risks and ensure that they are properly managed and communicated.
/li liManaging all product changes and requested customizations according to the ABB gate model from the request to the release for sales.
Work closely with agile teams,



operation and sales units providing the best solution to fulfil the business case and customer satisfaction in terms of response and delivery time, quality level and product performance.
/li liTransferring new products from development team to operation with all the set of documentation (Drawings, BoM, Working Instruction, Spare parts list, Product Manuals...) /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liYou have a master's degree (5 years) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
/li liYou have a solid understanding of manufacturing technologies.
/li liYou are confident using PLM systems (such as Windchill), SAP, MS Office, and 2D/3D CAD tools.
/li liYou have excellent command of the English language.
/li liYou are at ease communicating both in Italian and English.
/li liYou have strong interpersonal skills, can manage multiple tasks effectively, and communicate clearly and professionally.
