ppIn this role you drive international medical education and scientific engagement that supports Evolus' Medical Affairs strategy.
You will coordinate education activities, develop materials, and engage medical faculty across global markets.
By partnering with cross-functional teams, you help translate complex clinical insights into practical educational content and ensure compliant, high-quality programs.

vendor coordination, documentation, tracking systems) /liliCoordinate contracts, consulting agreements, POs, invoices, and budget with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and partners /liliGather, analyze, and communicate medical insights from professionals and meetings to inform decisions /liliMonitor program metrics and educational outcomes for continuous improvement /liliEnsure activities comply with regulations and company policies /liliMaintain records and documentation related to medical activities and engagements /liliCollaborate and demonstrate accountability while supporting evolving business needs /liliTravel up to 30% /liliHybrid onsite in Milan, Italy (Tue-Thu) /liliAdvanced healthcare degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, NP, or equivalent) /lili3+ years in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, or healthcare industry /liliExperience supporting medical education programs and scientific engagement /liliAbility to develop and review scientific and educational materials /liliStrong scientific literacy to translate clinical information into educational content /liliExcellent communication and cross-functional engagement skills /liliStrong project management and organizational capabilities /liliExperience in international and cross-cultural environments /liliFluency in English /liliProficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
