/p h3Role Responsibilities /h3 ul liFirst-level support: management of L1 assistance for all Group Legal Entities, with constant alignment with colleagues in the involved locations.
/li liDirect operational support /li liCoordination of external support: operational supervision, alignment, shadowing, and training activities.
/li liAlignment of devices, domains, and group policies; management of cross-functional projects such as printers, badges, and IT registry.
/li /ul h3Ongoing Operational Activities Include /h3 ul liManagement of IT equipment orders /li liUpdating and maintenance of the inventory (over 800 leased PCs) /li liManagement of more than 200 mobile devices (phones, SIM cards, etc.)



/li /ul h3The Role Will Also Be Responsible For /h3 ul liActive participation within the team /li liDocumentation activities (company inventory, non-conformity management, SOP updates) /li liEvolution and improvement of the ticketing platform /li liImprovement of response times and methods for ticket management /li liAnalysis of alert emails and support on IP telephony systems /li liPreparation and configuration of client devices (new laptops, workstations, replacements) /li liFirst-level support for clients and printers /li liOrganizational and control activities (Disaster Recovery checks, Antivirus Console monitoring, Backup systems supervision) /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBasic system administration knowledge, especially in Windows environments /li liKnowledge of networks, PCs (Windows and Linux), and VMware /li liPrecision, reliability, and confidentiality /li liGood command of the English language /li liFlexibility and dynamism /li liPreferably 4–5 years of experience in the role /li /ul pThe company offers onboarding with training and a salary package aligned with the role.
