ppbLocation: /b based preferably in the South area of Lombardia (Milan, Lodi or Pavia).
/p h3About The Role /h3 pThe bAccount Manager /b(AM) manages the end-to-end sales process for specific customer segments by identifying commercial opportunities, driving account planning, and executing regional and local sales strategies.
The role focuses on business growth, expanding BSC's market share, securing product positioning, and ensuring market penetration.
Commercial activities target both clinical and economic stakeholders to deliver sustainable results.
/p pbLocation: /b with an ideal base in the Southern area of bLombardia /b (preferably Milan, Lodi or Pavia), and the territory to be covered will be Lombardia.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to the annual strategic plan by providing RSM, BUM, and Marketing with detailed business intelligence (market trends, opportunities, competitive landscape, and stakeholder insights).
/li liUnderstand account needs and expectations; develop detailed account plans, support RSM in Top Tier 1 accounts and manage Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 accounts autonomously.
/li liDesign and execute sales strategies and activities aligned with account plans and regional targets.
/li liEnsure clinical support in the operating room during procedures when required, alongside commercial responsibilities.
/li /ul h3Your Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liDevelop stakeholder maps, define touchpoints, and maintain accurate account information in systems.
/li liBuild and maintain relationships with economic stakeholders and clinical KOLs, promoting health economics arguments and engaging decision-makers on commercial programs and solutions.
/li liSupport clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunities arising from clinical support; perform clinical selling with RSM guidance.




/li liProvide clinical support in the operating room during procedures as part of the overall commercial and clinical activity.
/li liGather insights on tenders and negotiation opportunities; plan and prepare proposals based on account understanding.
Participate in negotiations and collaborate with the Tender Office on documentation.
/li liDevelop deal models, support RSMs in Top Tier 1 accounts, and create IPAT.
/li liConduct regular customer outreach, perform sales visits, and identify new opportunities to drive growth.
/li liProvide periodic updates during QBRs and leverage reporting tools to ensure effective sales execution.
/li /ul h3Travel Work Conditions /h3 ul liExtensive travel across assigned geographies; overnight stays may be required.
/li liField-based position with flexibility in working hours.
/li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liExperience: Minimum 3-4 years in clinical commercial sales and case support for medical devices.
/li liEducation: Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
/li liPreferred: Experience in coronary therapy, cardiovascular or hemodynamics /li liStrong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
/li liProven ability to influence without authority and excellent communication skills.
/li liComfortable working remotely and traveling extensively as required.
