/li liProtect Alstom assets and reduce risks of business interruption resulting from fire and natural catastrophes.
/li /ul h3Support Site EHS manager for EHS topics /h3 ul liCooperate with the internal resources to achieve EHS objectives.
/li liSupport the Site EHS Manager to perform EHS Risk Assessment and to define appropriate measures to control risks.
/li liSupport the EHS Site Manager to prepare, implement and maintain emergency plans.
/li liAssist Site EHS Manager to coordinate and control activities with respect of EHS, especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operation areas.
/li liProvide support and advice to site personnel to prevent injury, damage to plant and equipment, fire, environmental pollution.
/li liRecognize the best practices and the good performance.
React to violations to regulations and Alstom Standards.
/li liAdvise other Site personnel on all aspects of EHS applicable to site activities.
/li /ul h3Develop Site EHS Management System /h3 ul liSupport the Site EHS Manager to develop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools and make sure they are aligned with Alstom Standards and international standards (ISO ***** and ISO*****).
/li liSupport the Site EHS Manager to ensure that Alstom EHS standards and tools (Alstom Zero Deviation Plan (AZDP), Transport Operational Performance in Environment (TOPE), Transport Key processes) are deployed at Site level.




/li /ul h3EHS Compliance /h3 ul liAssist the Site EHS Manager to ensure compliance of the site activities according to the EHS Plan, guidelines and work instructions.
/li liPerform EHS legal compliance checks for specific requirements.
/li /ul h3Develop EHS culture in the site /h3 ul liInform, instruct and train employees to carry out the work in safe environment-friendly mode according to the method of statement.
/li liParticipate in the implementation of the site EHS training programs by providing EHS inductions and ensuring Toolbox meetings are organized.
/li /ul h3Report, Measure Review /h3 ul liSupport the EHS Site Manager to capture, report, record, investigate and analyse accidents/incidents in order to implement corrective and preventive actions.
/li liSupport the preparation of monthly EHS reports.
Can be in charge of feeding EHS reporting system in line with Group reporting requirements and under control by Site EHS manager.
/li liCarry out inspections of work areas and carry out EHS audits and report any discrepancy.
/li /ul h3Performance measurements /h3 ul liInjury Frequency Rate (IFR) 1 IFR 2 /li liFatality / severe accidents /li liSOV number or other leading indicators /li liHealth and wellbeing (Occupational diseases, ergonomic) /li liEnvironment (Energy, water, waste, Transport Operational Performance in Environment, Volatile Organic Compound,..)



/li /ul h3Educational Requirement /h3 ul liProfessional experience 1 year (can be adjusted depending on the size of the Site).
