In this role, you will play an integral part in driving the economic and professional growth of our organization conducting due diligence activities.
/p pYour responsibilities will include feasibility checks and analysis, utilizing a combination of documentation analysis and site visits.
Additionally, you will serve as a valuable point of reference for our clients and colleagues within the Group.

/p h3Role accountabilities /h3 ul liDocument analysis: Verification of authorization, cadastral, urban planning, and building documentation.
/li liSite visits to verify the condition of the properties, identify defects and deviations, and assess the costs required for compliance (Capital Expenditure Plan estimation).
/li liAnalysis of the property's maintenance status through site visits.
/li liTenancy analysis and lease contracts.
/li liSupport to the client during negotiation phases and drafting of purchase agreements in coordination with involved legal, tax, and environmental advisors.
/li liPreparation of checklists and formulation of QA.
/li liAnalysis of real estate development progress.
/li liVerification of project and building quality and timelines.
/li liAnalysis of construction contracts and incurred costs.
/li liVerification of SALs (Stato Avanzamento Lavori).
/li liCertification of work progress with cash flow updates.
/li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liAround 3-5 years of due diligence experience in Real Estate companies and/or technical studios.
/li liA Bachelor's and master's degree, preferably in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
/li liExcellent Italian and English language proficiency (B2/C1, written and spoken).
/li liExcellent analytical and synthesis skills.
/li liStrong relationship-building skills and teamwork attitude.
/li liGoal-oriented mindset.
/li liProficiency in Microsoft Office.
/li liKnowledge of drawing and design software (Autocad).
/li liAvailability to travel domestically and internationally.
