ppbGlobal Inventory Specialist /b is a key Supply Chain role requiring a high level of expertise in inventory management and supply chain processes.
/p pThe position is responsible for optimizing diesel inventory globally to achieve annual Inventory Turns targets and improve working capital performance, through a structured and data-driven approach.
Key activities include: /p ul liPerforming site-by-site inventory mapping, analysis, and optimization strategies /li liDeveloping inventory projections and supporting demand and COGS estimation /li liReviewing and optimizing SAP parameters (Safety Stock, MOQ, Lead Time) /li liIdentifying and improving supplier-related processes and inventory models /li liDriving reduction of Excess Obsolete (EO) inventory /li liOptimizing finished goods and overall inventory portfolio /li liDeveloping value-added reporting for in-depth inventory analysis /li liOverseeing end-to-end processes impacting inventory and global working capital /li /ul pThe role continuously improves inventory performance through benchmarking, reporting, and project management, introducing innovative solutions and processes to increase inventory turns and ensure stock availability.
This is supported by the effective use of advanced Supply Chain tools, digital platforms, and AI-based solution.

the role is responsible for building and maintaining dashboards and reporting systems to monitor activities, track progress, and support data-driven decision-making.
