/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul lipManage day-to-day laboratory activities for assigned formulation projects, providing guidance and support to scientists to ensure high-quality scientific delivery.
/p /li lipProvide technical and operational support to Research Experts and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standards.
/p /li lipSupervise project scope changes, resource requirements, workload planning, and tracking of project activities.
/p /li lipSupport project management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, status reporting, and delivery updates.
/p /li lipEnsure laboratory practices comply with SOPs, quality standards, IOPs, and Health Safety requirements.
/p /li lipPromote safe, efficient, and compliant laboratory operations.
/p /li lipIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance laboratory processes and ways of working.
/p /li lipSupport team development through regular coaching, feedback, and development discussions.
/p /li lipCoordinate workload prioritisation and resource planning to support business and project needs.

/p /li /ul h3Key Skills Experience: /h3 ul lipMSc (or equivalent) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, Drug Delivery, or a related discipline.
/p /li lip5–6+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in early formulation development or preclinical/analytical development.
/p /li lipExperience managing or supervising laboratory teams.
/p /li lipExperience supporting project delivery, resource planning, and laboratory operations.
/p /li lipExcellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
/p /li lipAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced scientific environment.
/p /li lipExperience with budget tracking, forecasting, or financial awareness would be advantageous.
/p /li lipCommitment to continuous improvement, scientific excellence, and developing people.
/p /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul lipExcellent written and spoken English is essential.
/p /li lipAdditional languages (Italian, German or French) are considered an advantage.
