/p h3PURPOSE /h3 pTo support the effective planning, coordination and administration of Group learning activities, contributing to the continuous development of employees' skills and competencies and to the enhancement of the organization's potential through targeted training initiatives, while ensuring smooth execution of training processes, accurate record management and compliance with Group procedures.
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupports the Line Manager in the implementation and administration of the Group training plan, ensuring the effective planning, scheduling and delivery of learning initiatives.
/li liContributes to the continuous development of employees' skills and competencies, supporting the design and delivery of training initiatives that strengthen individual capabilities and enhance the overall potential of the organization.
/li liActs as a key point of contact for the Group Learning Management System (LMS), supporting system administration, learning content deployment, reporting, user experience and process optimization.
/li liSupports the delivery of employee engagement and organizational climate survey activities,



contributing in project planning and execution, stakeholder communication, reporting and follow-up initiatives /li liLeads the organization of learning events and training programmes, managing logistics, communications, enrolments and attendance tracking.
/li liContributes to the identification and management of training funding opportunities and supports the related administrative processes.
/li liMaintains accurate training records and learning documentation, ensuring timely data updates and coordinating with local HR teams to monitor data quality, consistency and compliance with Group training processes.
