Plan, schedule, and execute on-site supplier facility visits, including unannounced assessments focused on HSE, social compliance, and production capacity
Review supplier financial records and practices to ensure transparency and adherence to labor and ethical standards
Perform inventory checks on open orders at external manufacturers and subcontractors
Prepare comprehensive visit reports with observations, recommendations, and corrective action plans
Ensure timely, accurate documentation of all visit-related activities
Assist in developing and delivering training programs for suppliers on ethical, social, and labor compliance
Travel domestically and internationally as required
Maintain knowledge of relevant environmental regulations and labor standards in supplier audits
University bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial auditing
Preferred certifications (e.g., SA**** Lead Auditor, ISO Lead Auditor)
Thorough knowledge of auditing principles, procedures and techniques
Strong understanding of supply chain compliance, ethical sourcing, and labor standards
Ability to travel regularly (domestic and international)
