The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of child development and physical education principles, along with the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and implement a comprehensive physical education curriculum that aligns with state standards and promotes physical fitness, motor skills, and healthy lifestyle choices.
/liliPlan and conduct engaging and age-appropriate physical activities, games, and sports that encourage participation and enjoyment.
/liliAssess and monitor student progress in physical skills and fitness levels, providing feedback and support to help students achieve their goals.
/liliCreate a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
/liliCollaborate with other educators and staff to integrate physical education concepts into the broader curriculum and support overall student well-being.
/liliOrganize and lead extracurricular sports activities, events, and competitions,



encouraging student involvement and teamwork.
/liliCommunicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and upcoming events.
/liliStay current with best practices in physical education and child development through professional development opportunities and continuing education.
/liliMaintain equipment and facilities, ensuring they are safe and accessible for all students.
/liliFoster a positive relationship with students, encouraging them to develop confidence and a love for physical activit /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
/liliValid teaching certification for elementary education.
/liliExperience working with children in an educational setting, preferably at the elementary level.

/liliKnowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
