Reporting to the Store Manager, the Client Advisor will sell and build customer loyalty.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbCustomer Relations /b /p ul liWelcomes customers according to AMI values: being friendly, smiling, and always in a good mood.
/li liUnderstands customer needs and proposes a relevant selection of products while encouraging cross selling.
/li liAssists customers during fittings and accommodating any alterations when needed.
/li liEmbraces a customer loyalty culture, builds strong and long-term relationships with clients.
/li liIntroduces new customers to the brand.
/li /ul pbStock /b /p ul liFollows-up and manages stock (reception of goods, integration of receptions in the systems, facilitates rotating inventories, requests for restocking, requests for transfers, etc.).
/li /ul pbVisual Merchandising /b /p ul liEnsures that the store is well maintained: presentation of products, cleanliness, maintenance of the premises, etc.
/li liActively participates in the Visual Merchandising of the store,
