/liliIdentify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive and innovative suggestions for change.
/liliManage the process of change, driven by the Group, effectively and by following the Project Governance's best practices.
/liliManage resources in IT local Dept.
/liliResponsible for Annual Country IT Budget.
/liliAssist in the implementation and major modifications to the infrastructure of the Country.
/liliOversee the respect of the Security rules (I.E. GDPR) at the Country level as established by the Corporate Security Department.
/liliOversee the administration and maintenance of the Company's infrastructure.
/liliResponsible for fixed and mobile Country Network.
/liliOversee all help desk activities (performed by 3rd parties) at the Country level.
/liliOversee troubleshooting and interventions and provides experienced support when necessary.
/liliRespond to escalated help desk issues or diverts them to the European Support Teams.




/liliMaintain vendor relationships and manages the local purchase of hardware and software products, within the Group's policies and international agreements.
/liliEnsure that company assets are maintained responsibly.
/liliCommunicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs.
/liliEffectively communicate relevant IT-related information to superiors.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in IT or related field.
/lili5+ years of IT management experience.
/liliStrong IT infrastructure and operations management skills.
/liliExpertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance.
/liliExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.
/liliRetail experience a plus.
/liliProject and change management experience preferred.
