Experteer Overview In this role, you support Coesia's growth and transformation from the Transformation Office, partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives across Group, Divisions and Companies. You'll monitor progress, develop tools and materials, and ensure alignment through effective communication. The position offers exposure to leadership and a chance to shape strategic direction in an international setting. You will work on cross-functional transformation programs with a focus on impact and risk mitigation.
Retribuzione / Benefits Support transformation initiatives and strategic objectives at Group, Division, and Company levels
Track milestones and KPIs, identify risks, and support mitigation actions
Develop tools, content, and materials with initiative owners for alignment and progress tracking
Facilitate communication across Coesia organizations as a coordination point for initiatives
Identify cross-business synergies and opportunities to boost transformation impact




Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and the Board
Provide structured analytical support to cross-functional transformation projects
Responsabilità Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
4–6 years of experience in top-tier consulting firms or corporate strategy roles in international environments
Strong financial acumen with analytical and project management skills
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset capable of navigating complexity
Excellent communication skills with ability to synthesize and present complex information
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities
Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Availability to travel up to 10%
