Experteer Overview As an Area Manager, you will drive economic targets and turnover across Emilia Romagna; Campania, Calabria & Sicilia. You will coordinate with stores and HQ to ensure policy alignment, safety, and HR processes, while developing local talent and store performance. You'll work with cross-functional teams to adapt national strategy to regional needs, analyze market dynamics, and strengthen brand partnerships. A high-visibility role at Sephora, shaping growth across multiple markets in a dynamic environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Achieve regional financial targets and grow area turnover
Ensure proper implementation of Group policies, prices, and promotions across stores
Act as safety authority and oversee employees' health and safety
Collaborate with HRBP Retail to manage store HR policies and career paths
Support Store Managers and promote store development
Monitor area KPIs using provided management tools (sales, profits, KPIs)
Adapt national commercial strategy to local market needs
Coordinate with Training Department to develop retail staff expertise
Manage relationships with Brands to execute commercial activities
Conduct competitor analysis to inform new strategies with Sales Director and team
Maintain an active Sephora Community presence on social media
Represent Sephora in external relations and employer branding events
Participate in HQ projects across departments
Responsabilità 5/7 years as Area Manager in dynamic, international environment
Strong financial and analytical skills
